Since 2003, WME has maintained a partnership with the Washington-based BGR Group and assisted in the planning of many such events with domestic and international business leaders.

WME reserved the venue, designed a sophisticated invitation, managed the guest list and RSVPs, developed the menu and coordinated with hotel staff to create an elegant and intimate dining experience.

WME was hired to execute every facet of this high-profile event, from managing the pre screened guest list and designing a stylish invitation to coordinating with Senate personnel and all aspects of security.

WME Assists the Candidate and campaign staff with development and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising plan that will enable the campaign to reach its finance goal within the PAC community.  Working closely with the Amodei campaign to communicate all event details, produce call sheets, track all financial commitments, make follow up calls and provide general support and coordination including all aspects of scheduling candidate visits to DC.

The second event was the Blue Ball, a black-tie event also hosted at the historic Homer Building. The elegant event included cocktails, dinner and dancing to celebrate the 44th Presidential Inauguration of Barack Obama.

WME was responsible for and oversaw everything for these two inaugural events, from working with the vendors and corporate sponsors to the eye-catching invitations, menu, flowers, guest list, secure check-in, tables, photography, and gift bags.

Since 2003, WME has planned and managed the Late Night Party for the annual gathering of Republican Governors and guests. 

WME was responsible for evaluating various hotels and event sites and contracting with the Solamar. Working closely with hotel staff WME coordinated with 8 Governors' security details insuring a safe and memorable evening for all guests.

WME booked the location, designed a stylish invitation, managed the RSVP list and worked with hotel staff on setup and room design. WME managed the invitation only event and all guests received a complimentary copy of the book.

WME secured the historic Madison Hotel for its quality sleeping rooms, spacious meeting rooms and expert on site audio visual team. WME managed dietary requests, vendors, contracts and all logistics for over 75 attendees.

Given the security surrounding the papal visit, WME had to carefully register 350 volunteers. WME was tasked with drafting flow charts that outlined assignments, times and locations for the volunteers, and WME planned and executed an orientation day to educate volunteers about their responsibilities. On the day of the mass, WME was on site at 4 a.m. to greet the volunteers, assign their jackets and hats identifying them and got to work insuring the safe execution of a memorable day.

The first event was a luncheon on Capitol Hill for 50 dignitaries at the elegant Bistro Bis at the George Hotel. The second event was a St. Patrick's Day party for 125 people at the Homer Building. The third event was a private dinner for Vice President Dick Cheney at the historic Jefferson Hotel.

WME was responsible for every detail of these events, including choosing the venues, issuing invitations, working with vendors and sponsors, guest relations, menu selection, security access, and more.

Since his first election in 2002, WME has provided Rep. Mike Rogers with political fundraising services within the PAC community in Washington, DC. Utilizing a well maintained list, WME reaches out to his contacts in various industries to solicit support for Rep. Rogers re election campaign account. This successful event also featured Sen. Shelby as a special guest and drew upon several AL based companies.

WME was hired to design, issue and track invitations and develop a comprehensive database of the over 100 foreign embassies based in Washington, D.C., including contact information on ambassadors and economic ministers to be used for mailing invitation packets.

Because of our special relationships, WME was able to quickly develop the database using all necessary diplomatic protocols and language. Using a creative database approach, the invite packet was mailed out on time and followed up with a faxed reminder.

WME was responsible for selecting the venue, hiring the staff, managing the talent, producing gift bags, corporate sponsors, invitations, security, managing finances, media outreach, and more.
